Therefore, the coated aluminum coil has been developed rapidly. What is the specific process of coating aluminum coil?

Generally, the production process of coil coating has five steps, namely coil input, cleaning and chemical treatment, painting, curing and finished product output. The process layout and equipment composition are different under different conditions, but the basic parts are the same.

1、 Raw material roll input is to ensure continuous and stable roll opening of uncoiler to ensure continuous and stable roll input to the production line. Some adopt cross rotating beam coil loader, while others adopt double sets of alternating uncoilers set at the front and back, in short, to provide coils in time;

2、 The purpose of surface cleaning and chemical treatment is to clean the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum coil and conduct chemical pretreatment to ensure that the paint can be firmly attached;

3、 For painting, one production line shall have at least two roller coaters to ensure two coats of finish paint and primer;

4、 It refers to the curing of the paint layer, which means that the newly painted coil shall be fixed before contacting the next roll surface to avoid mutual adhesion and damage. Generally, it includes at least two curing boxes;

5、 It is the output of finished products to ensure that the speed of the production line is synchronized with the transfer of finished products.
